In accordance with the directives of the President of the Academy to explore avenues of joint cooperation with national institutions and bodies—aimed at reinforcing the Academy's vision and mission toward society through training, qualification, development, and capacity building across various fields—a meeting was held on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at the headquarters of the Medical Insurance Authority in Benghazi.

The meeting brought together representatives from the National Center for Strategic Research and Consultation at the Military Academy for Security and Strategic Sciences and representatives from the management of the Medical Insurance Authority. Discussions centered on mechanisms for joint cooperation between the two entities in the areas of training, development, qualification, and consultancy services.
